Job Description
Purpose of the Job
To supervise maintenance personnel (including contractors) in the implementation of all maintenance activities to enable operations to meet production targets in a safe, responsible and cost-effective manner.
Who you are
You 2 years' experience in a Supervisory role Experience in Inventory/ Asset Management Knowledge of HSEQ Standards and Compliance SAP knowledge and experience
What you'll be doing
BUDGET ADMINISTRATION
- Annual input into Departmental CAPEX /OPEX business plan/budget
- Cost Centre Management
- Track monthly cost center spend
- Generate monthly cost control report.
- Report on monthly variances
- Ensure adequate planning around Preventative Maintenance strategies.
- Approved maintenance schedule
- An audit indicates full compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage the SAP AM/PM systems
- Reduced downtime and equipment failure.
- Lower maintenance costs (within budget)
- Scheduled plan met.
- Asset register up to date.
- Ensure all Maintenance Statutory requirements are met
What you've done before
MINIMUM
- NQF Level 6 (Mechanical/ Instrument /Electrical)
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Plant Operations/Maintenance
- FMCG Operation
