Village N Life is a Leading Tourism and Hospitality company that is based in the beautiful Camps Bay.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Scope of the job:
Performing maintenance management duties as required by facilities manager. Assisting to maintain all aspects of the Hotel through a preventative maintenance program. To ensure that all facilities and machinery is in working condition throughout the Property.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Valid Driver's license
- At least 2 years experience in maintenance department
- Assisting maintenance Manager with daily duties
- Communicating to Management
- Managing Staff & Day to Day Maintenance
- Performing maintenance work
- Store all tools securely to prevent loss or damage to equipment.
- Know what standard stock items are and in which group store they are kept
- Repairs damaged or construct new equipment when so required, within reason, to ensure the smooth running and operation of all areas on the property.
- Assist to plan, organize, direct & Control all aspects of the Maintenance Department.
- Daily Issue of Work Allocation
- Quality Control
- Project Management
- Administration
