Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years of management experience in a 5-star boutique safari lodge/camp
- A solid track record of experience within the hospitality industry is essential
- Energetic, proactive person with a well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience, and the ability to provide that experience
- Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Competent financial and IT skills
- Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards
- A driver's license and own transportation is essential
- Ideal for candidates looking for a long-term role
