Job Description
We are looking for an experienced LODGE MANAGER to join a beautiful reserve in the Eastern CapeSet amidst breathtaking landscapes and teeming wildlife, this prestigious lodge offers an immersive work environment that blends luxury hospitality with authentic conservation values. The lodge offers an indoor-outdoor lifestyle embracing the African wilderness. Set in the heart of the Private Reserve overlooking a valley, the lodge offers breath-taking views onto an escarpment of shale cliffs. A highlight of the main guest area is a wooden viewing deck that showcases the exceptional views.Candidate requirements;
- Grade 12
- Must have experience working in luxury bush lodges or villas
- Must be detail-orientated
- Must be fluent in English (Verbal and written)
- Able to manage all aspects of running a lodge
- Knowledge of Food and Beverages is essential
- Must be able to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Overseeing the daily operations of the lodge
- Managing a team of staff members
- Maintaining excellent service
- Hosting and interacting with the guests
