Job Opportunity - Junior Sales Team Manager Required in Umhlanga office.
An opportunity exists in a vibrant sales environment for a passionate and driven individual.
This individual will be responsible for the effective management of a Sales team,
Create Targets and Goals for your Campaign(driving sales to achieve the target) Recruitment planning and interviews Dialer time management Train and Manage call center staff Administration Handle customer inquiries and correspondence Complete a range of Administrative and Management tasks Adhoc duties
Requirements:
Matric (NQF Level 4) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 1-2 years experience in a sales environment including administrative duties Traceable References Own Reliable transport
Working Hours : 08h:00-17h:00 Monday to Friday.
