Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Junior Brand Manager

to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and eager to grow within a fast-paced marketing environment. You will assist in managing brand strategy, product positioning, campaigns, market research and retail POS data analysis to help strengthen brand equity and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities



1. Develop & execute brand plans



Analyze data to create brand plans. Develop strategies to boost sales. Provide direction to sales team to achieve target. Plan activities to reach targets.

2. Support the Brand Manager



Day to day task assistance. Monitor budget performance. Assist in reporting. Contribute ideas for digital content, packaging, promotions and brand activations.

3. Monitor brand performance metrics



Sales metrics vs budget. Market share analysis. Prepare monthly reports. Drive gap closures.

4. Conduct market and competitor analysis



Review market trends regularly. Identify new opportunities. Propose growth strategies effectively. Identify consumer trends.

Skills | Qualifications



High degree of Excel proficiency Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field 2 years' or more experience in the Marketing, digital marketing or similar role Basic Knowledge of Circana, Power Bi, Netstock and Spar Insight Strong analytical and reporting skills
