Oversee the operational management of functions and events
Assist the Assistant Catering Manager with event planning, booking, and coordination
Support the delivery of client special requests and custom event setups
Provide hands-on operational client liaison during events
Manage service quality, client relations, and complaint resolution
Minimum 3 years' experience in event coordination or floor supervision within a high-end hotel or restaurant environment
Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification highly advantageous
Between 3 - 5 Years
