Assistant Buffet Chef / Demi - Upmarket Catering - Cape Town
An exceptionally high-end private catering operation servicing corporate clients within a luxury office environment. The venue features a 120-seater restaurant catering to approximately 600 professionals and their clients daily. The service offering includes both buffet and a la carte options at a five-star level, with an average of 300 meals served daily for breakfast and lunch. The catering team comprises over 30 staff members delivering premium, high-volume food service to discerning clientele.
Salary: R8 500 CTC
Reporting to: Buffet Chef
Start Date: As close to 15 December as possible (site opening early January 2026)
Days & Hours of Work:
Mainly Monday to Friday, operating hours from 7am to 5pm. Limited function work on weekends and evenings.
