To providetechnical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. They are responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. The role involves responding to support tickets, assisting users in person or remotely, and ensuring minimal downtime by resolving issues efficiently. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of operating systems, applications, and basic networking are essential.
