5+ years of experience
and a passion for problem-solving? We're looking for a dedicatedIT Technician
to support a leading hotel in Cape Town.This is a
hands-on, dynamic role
where you'll handle everything from troubleshooting guest connectivity issues to maintaining the hotel's networks, servers, and systems. You'll be the go-to person for keeping technology running reliably across the property.What we're looking for:
5 years of IT support experience (hospitality experience an advantage) Strong knowledge in servers, desktops & networking Familiarity with PBX, CCTV, IPTV, audio-visual and video conferencing Hands-on troubleshooting and excellent customer service skills A proactive, customer- and guest-focused mindset Relevant IT Diploma / Certifications (CCNA, MCSE, AWS etc.) Own reliable vehicle
This role involves
shift work
(with alternating weekends off) and requires someone dependable, adaptable, and committed to high-quality IT supportSend your application to
