International & Internal Sales Representative - Rigging & Heavy Lifting Projects

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
International Internal Sales Representative
to join our team within the
rigging, machinery moving, and heavy lifting
industry. This role combines internal sales support with international business development, focusing on building strong client relationships and driving project sales both locally and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries and client requests.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while sourcing new opportunities internationally.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Africa and international markets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and trade events.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in
sales or business development
, preferably in
rigging, heavy lifting, transport, or industrial services
.
Strong technical understanding of lifting operations, project logistics, or related engineering services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in preparing quotations and handling internal sales administration.
Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.
Valid passport and driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience dealing with cross-border or international clients (advantageous).
