Sales Representative

to join our training-focused team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-oriented, and experienced in driving sales within a technical or industrial training environment.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric); relevant tertiary qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years' sales experience in rigging, lifting operations, or industrial training. Certification or strong experience in a sales-related role. Excellent knowledge of rigging qualifications and lifting industry standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and telesales. Understand customer needs and tailor training solutions accordingly. Present training products and services professionally to prospective clients. Negotiate deals and close sales and tenders. Manage customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Manage social media marketing and lead generation. Submit accurate and timely quotations and tender documents. Maintain detailed sales records and submit weekly performance reports. Plan and conduct sales appointments and maintain forecasts.

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. Customer service focused with strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Confident in sales presentations and negotiations. Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations is an advantage.
