Job Overview:

A leading rigging company is looking for a highly motivated

Technical Sales Representative

with a solid background in

rigging operations and job scoping

. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on knowledge of the rigging industry who can confidently assess job requirements, provide accurate quotes, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure new clients in construction, industrial, manufacturing, and engineering sectors Conduct site visits to scope rigging and machine moving projects accurately Interpret technical requirements and develop tailored proposals for clients Prepare detailed quotations based on job scope, safety requirements, and client expectations Develop and maintain strong client relationships Work closely with operations to ensure seamless execution of projects Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold safety and service standards

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in rigging, heavy lifting, or machine moving (preferably with a technical background) Proven sales track record in industrial or service-based environments Ability to read site plans, assess lifting requirements, and scope technical work Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Valid driver's license and own transport Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus
