Sales Representative

to join their growing Gauteng team.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, hardworking, and confident in developing strong client relationships and bringing in new business in a competitive and technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the rigging, engineering, and industrial sectors Prepare and present quotations, job scopes, and service offerings Follow up on leads, site visits, and quote approvals Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Communicate effectively with operations to ensure jobs are correctly scheduled and executed Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records Assist with marketing efforts, client retention, and client satisfaction Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and presentations Conduct post-job follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and build repeat business

Requirements:

Matric certificate (essential) Minimum

2-3 years' sales experience

- preferably in rigging, engineering, construction, or industrial services Valid driver's license and

own reliable transport

(non-negotiable) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Tech-savvy - able to work with email, Excel, Word, and online platforms Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and confident under pressure Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients
