Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Process payroll inputs and manage leave administration
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary procedures
  • Assist managers with HR policies, guidance, and general support
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and hotel HR standards
Minimum Requirements
  • HR qualification (Diploma or Degree)
  • 2a??3 yearsa?? HR Officer experience in a hotel environment a?? non-negotiable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Valid South African ID
