Role Mission

We're looking for an experienced

Global Remote Sales Recruiter

with

at least 5 years of sales recruiting experience

.

Your primary mission is simple but demanding:

fill full-time remote sales roles with A-players

located in:

South Africa

South America

Middle East


You'll own the recruitment pipeline end-to-end--from job ads and sourcing all the way to shortlisting candidates for final interviews with the founder.

What You'll Own

1. Talent Attraction & Advertising



Write clear, compelling

job ads

for a variety of sales roles (closers, SDRs, outbound reps, account executives, etc.). Set up and manage

paid/sponsored job posts

on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other regional platforms. Actively source candidates via

LinkedIn searches, outbound messages, referrals, and talent communities

.

2. Screening & First-Round Interviews



Quickly

review and filter resumes

to focus only on promising profiles. Conduct

initial video or phone interviews

to assess: Sales track record and type of sales experience Communication style and professionalism English proficiency and comfort working with a US-based company Use

structured, repeatable interview questions

tailored to each sales role.

3. Assessments & Shortlisting



Coordinate

personality, aptitude, and skills-based assessments

(including sales role-plays where applicable). Combine assessment data with your interview notes to identify the

top candidates

for each role. Present a

concise shortlist

to the founder, including: Summary of strengths and weaknesses Compensation expectations Location, notice period, and any risk factors

4. Pipeline Management & Reporting



Keep an organized

candidate pipeline

updated at all times (ATS or tracking sheet). Schedule and confirm

final interviews

between shortlisted candidates and the founder. Conduct

reference checks

when requested. Provide

brief weekly reports

on: Active roles Number of applicants and interviews Candidates in each stage Hires and upcoming priorities
What You Bring

5+ years of recruitment experience

, with a strong focus on

sales hiring

. Proven track record filling

full-time remote sales positions

(closers, SDRs, BDRs, appointment setters, etc.). Experience recruiting in at least one of the following regions (ideally more than one):

South Africa

South America

Middle East

Hands-on experience running

paid job campaigns / sponsored posts

. Strong skills in: Screening high volumes of candidates Running structured, professional interviews Narrowing down to a tight list of top performers Excellent

written and spoken English

. Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working

independently

with minimal supervision. Stable internet connection and ability to maintain some overlap with

US business hours

.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Prior experience working with a

US-based founder or leadership team

. Experience in

remote-first startups or small, fast-moving companies

. Exposure to basic

HR/People Ops

(offers, onboarding, documentation).
Role Type & Compensation

Fully remote

, contractor position. Competitive

hourly rate

based on experience and performance. Direct collaboration with the founder and a chance to shape a
