Role Summary
We're hiring a
Senior Sales Recruiter (remote)
with
a minimum of 5 years' experience
recruiting for sales roles.
Your focus will be on attracting and evaluating
full-time, remote sales candidates
primarily based in:
South Africa
South America
Middle East
You'll manage the process from
posting and advertising
all the way through to
shortlisting finalists
for the founder's final interview.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing & Advertising
Write and publish compelling
job ads
for a variety of sales positions (closers, SDRs, outbound reps, etc.).
Set up, monitor, and optimize
paid/sponsored job campaigns
on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and regional job boards.
Use
direct sourcing
(LinkedIn search, outreach, referrals) to find strong candidates who may not actively apply.
Screening & Interviews
Review
large volumes of CVs
and quickly filter out non-qualified applicants.
Conduct
first-round video or phone screens
to assess:
Sales experience and track record
Communication skills and professionalism
English fluency and comfort working with a US company
Use
structured interview questions
aligned to the specific sales role.
Assessments & Shortlists
Coordinate and administer
personality, aptitude, and skills-based assessments
for shortlisted candidates.
Combine assessment results with your interview notes to identify the
strongest fits
.
Present the founder with:
A
shortlist of top candidates
Concise notes on each candidate (strengths, concerns, compensation expectations, location, notice period).
Process Management
Keep an organized
pipeline/ATS or tracker
of all applicants and their stage.
Schedule and confirm
final interviews
with the founder.
Conduct
reference checks
when requested.
Provide
brief weekly reports
on hiring activity and progress for each open role.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of recruitment experience
with a major focus on
sales hiring
.
Proven ability to fill
full-time remote sales positions
(closers, SDRs, BDRs, account executives, etc.).
Experience recruiting in one or more of:
South Africa
South America
Middle East
Hands-on experience
running paid job ads/sponsored posts
.
Comfortable handling the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and spoken
English
.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.
Reliable internet and the ability to work with some overlap in
US time zones
.
Bonus Points
Previous experience working with a
US-based or international remote team
.
Familiarity with basic
HR/People Ops
(onboarding, documentation) - not required, but a plus.
Compensation & Details
Fully remote
