Job Summary

Salary: up to R600K per annum inclusive of medical and retirement
Job type: On-site and permanent NO HYBRID working conditions

Reports: 1 HR Administrator

Reporting into: Head of HR

Essential Criteria for successful consideration:

  • A post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field in HR is highly preferred, Min Diploma in Human Resources or highly related field
  • HIGH Proficiency in using MS Excel for PAYROLL AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION, including ADVANCED functions and formulas is essential ie: VLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, percentages, ratios, pivot tables, graphs and reports)
  • Must come from Professional Services or Corporate or Higher Education
  • MIN 5 years HR Generalist experience at mid-level NOT HR Assistant/Administrator level
  • Proficient in the following HR Functions are non-negotiable: Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Compliance (Policies and Procedures) and Employee Benefits Administration.
