Job Description
We are recruiting for an HR Officer on a 6 month contract to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruitment of Artisan and Vessel staff
- Training and Development, both coordination and facilitation
- IR xe2x80x93 facilitate disciplinary hearings and provide support for CCMA cases
- Provide support during wage negotiations
- General Office Administration
- Staff coordination: Travel, i.e booking of flights , accommodation and transport
- Manage visa process including budgets
- Relevant HR Qualification
- 3 to 5 years HR experience
- Solid Knowledge of: BCEA, LRA, IR
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Labour Relations Act: 2 years (Required)
- BCEA: 2 years (Required)
- Artisan/Vessel Recruitment: 3 years (Required)
- CCMA: 2 years (Required)
