Job Description
Joubert & Associates (Pty) Ltd offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, energetic person to join the well-established firm of HR Practitioners.
The successful incumbent will deliver professional HR services to various clients (Western Cape and nationally) on a consultancy basis. Key performance areas will include the following:
- Organisational Development
- Talent Management
- Labour Relations
- HR Policies and Procedures
- Compliance (EE, WSP/ATR)
- Remuneration
- Performance Management
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Career Counselling
- Training and Development
- General Business Consulting
- An Honours degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
- Previous experience in an HR role may strengthen the application
- Exceptional interpersonal (consulting) skills
- Above average writing skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Excellent project management skills
