**Job Title:** Ad Hoc Contract HR Consultant
**Location:** Richardsbay, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), South Africa
**Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ad Hoc Contract HR Consultant to provide specialized human resources support on an as-needed basis in Richardsbay, KZN.
As an HR consultant, you will work closely with our organization to provide expert advice and solutions on various HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities will include partial or complete Recruitment and Selection, HR assessments, developing and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance on employee relations (including charging disciplinary enquiries), and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to adapt to our organization's unique needs.
