HR Administrator - Hotel Environment - Durban
An established hospitality group is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient HR Administrator to support their busy Human Resources department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who is eager to grow within the HR field in the hotel environment.
Description
Based in one of the group's hotel properties, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of basic HR and administrative tasks. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment documentation, handling leave forms and timesheets, and helping with onboarding processes. You'll also support the HR team with filing, reporting, and general office duties.
The ideal candidate is methodical, discreet, and highly organised, with a positive and helpful attitude. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and process and who wants to learn in a supportive hospitality environment.
Salary: R7,000 per month
Start Date: Immediate
Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Reliable and efficient, with good time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • HR qualification or studies in progress advantageous
