Hr Administrator – Hotel Environment – Durban

Job Description

Based in one of the group's hotel properties, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of basic HR and administrative tasks. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment documentation, handling leave forms and timesheets, and helping with onboarding processes. You'll also support the HR team with filing, reporting, and general office duties.



The ideal candidate is methodical, discreet, and highly organised, with a positive and helpful attitude. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and process and who wants to learn in a supportive hospitality environment.



Salary:

R7,000 per month



Start Date:

Immediate



At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role



Strong computer skills (MS Office essential)



Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping



Reliable and efficient, with good time management



Strong written and verbal communication



HR qualification or studies in progress advantageous



Between 1 - 3 Years
