We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing support to the HR team and employees. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records - Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks - Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and exit paperwork - Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters - Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures - Prepare and update HR reports, such as headcount and turnover rates - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations - Assist with employee performance evaluations and training initiatives - Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role - Knowledge of HR processes and procedures - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
