Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years hostess or front-of-house experience
• Valid South African ID (no work permits)
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Experience with reservation systems advantageous
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods

• Reservation management and waitlist coordination
• Seating plans and table allocation
• Guest flow management during peak hours
• Clear communication with FOH and BOH
• Handling guest enquiries, walk-ins, and special requests
