Job Description
The successful candidate will act as the face of the property, warmly welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
Manage dining and lounge reservations and communicate with relevant departments.
Ensure all guest interactions reflect the property's commitment to service excellence.
Support the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams as required.
Maintain a polished and professional presence at all times.
Package Includes:
Salary:
R12 000 per month.7% Provident Fund contribution.

ASAP1-2 years' experience in a 4 or 5-star hospitality environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail.
Computer literate and confident handling reservations systems.
Well-presented, energetic, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Live-out position - reliable transport essential.
