Job Description
The Front of House Manager will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure. This position requires excellent communication, administrative, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage reservations, coordinate departments, and maintain the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations.
Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Oversee billing, reservations, and administrative reporting.
Work closely with F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure operational harmony.
Ensure the reception area and public spaces are always immaculate and welcoming.

Salary:

Live-out position - reliable transport essential.
