HEAD CHEF
Requirements:
xc3xa2xc2x9c 5+ years of experience in a Head or Executive Chef role
xc3xa2xc2x9c Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
xc3xa2xc2x9c Expertise in menu development, stock control, and team supervision
xc3xa2xc2x9c Experience in casual or fine dining environments
xc3xa2xc2x9c Culinary qualification or relevant certification
xc3xa2xc2x9c Willing to relocate internationallySOUS CHEF
Requirements:
xc3xa2xc2x9c 3xe2x80x935 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
xc3xa2xc2x9c Ability to support the Head Chef in daily operations
xc3xa2xc2x9c Skilled in team supervision and quality control
xc3xa2xc2x9c Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
xc3xa2xc2x9c Ready and willing to relocate internationallyCOMMIS CHEF
