HEAD CHEF
Requirements:
xe2x9cx85 5+ years of experience in a Head or Executive Chef role
xe2x9cx85 Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
xe2x9cx85 Expertise in menu development, stock control, and team supervision
xe2x9cx85 Experience in casual or fine dining environments
xe2x9cx85 Culinary qualification or relevant certification
xe2x9cx85 Willing to relocate internationallySOUS CHEF
Requirements:
xe2x9cx85 3xe2x80x935 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
xe2x9cx85 Ability to support the Head Chef in daily operations
xe2x9cx85 Skilled in team supervision and quality control
xe2x9cx85 Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
xe2x9cx85 Ready and willing to relocate internationallyCOMMIS CHEF
