Requirements:

xe2x9cx85 Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
xe2x9cx85 Expertise in menu development, stock control, and team supervision
xe2x9cx85 Experience in casual or fine dining environments
xe2x9cx85 Culinary qualification or relevant certification
xe2x9cx85 Willing to relocate internationally
SOUS CHEF
Requirements:
xe2x9cx85 35 years of experience in a Sous Chef or Senior CDP role
xe2x9cx85 Ability to support the Head Chef in daily operations
xe2x9cx85 Skilled in team supervision and quality control
xe2x9cx85 Formal culinary training or equivalent experience
xe2x9cx85 Ready and willing to relocate internationally
COMMIS CHEF
Requirements:
xe2x9cx85 13 years of kitchen experience
xe2x9cx85 Passion for food and a willingness to grow
xe2x9cx85 Ability to follow recipes and uphold hygiene standards
xe2x9cx85 Culinary certificate or strong on-the-job training
