Overview:
The Global Training Director will define and lead the global Learning & Development (L&D) strategy for BFSI processes across multiple geographies and delivery centers. This role ensures standardization, scalability, and innovation in training design, delivery, and governance. The position requires strong expertise in BFSI domain processes, leadership development, and digital learning technologies to enable operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
Proven experience in BFSI processes within a BPO environment.
Strong background in curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and digital learning technologies.
Experience managing large-scale training programs and global teams.
Expertise in BFSI domain processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital learning ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills for measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
Knowledge of leadership development frameworks and competency mapping
