We're a world-leading smart mobility tech company with over 1,525,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and we're looking for a Global Sales and Product Training Manager to manage sales and product training across the board at a global level This role will include partnering with Internal stake holders to identify training gaps, performance challenges and skill development needs.
Job description
Reposnsibilities include:
Manage global training across 24 countries for products, sales techniques and soft skills from start to finish for new and existing employees
Conceptualizing content and breaking it down into an easy-to-understand training program
Implementing the training programs and monitoring performance through assessments created by your team (tests, case studies etc.)
Management reporting on progress of each market and areas that require improvements
Understand different market nuances and dynamics to incorporate them into region specific training
Working with sales and product teams to build new training and consistently improve and update existing training
Working with sales managers to understand which sales consultants are struggling and which products need more attention to guide refresher training sessions
Ensure content is delivered properly a global level in an engaging way
Liaising with different countries and country managers on training needs
Minimum requirements
5 years Previous Training Manager experience.
Previous experience developing training material
Good analytical and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence
