Key Performance Areas
Design, develop, and quality-assure online product training material.
Facilitate brand ambassador training for upcoming exhibitions.
Develop training content for product and sales roadshows.
Facilitate soft-skills and product training, including assessments for dealer sales executives.
Create National Skills Competition questionnaires aligned with product, business, and sales strategies.
Conduct regional Skills Competition assessments.Design and develop content for special projects as required.
Generate and track project plans within area of responsibility.
Compile and submit monthly training outcome reports.
Qualifications & Experience RequiredNQF Level 6 (240 credits).Preferably 2-3 years' experience within a sales environment.
Experience or exposure as a Training Facilitator.Qualified Assessor and Moderator (advantageous).2-3 years' experience in the motor industry with strong understanding of sales and product environment.
Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to travel when required.CompetenciesStrong information-gathering and analysis skills.
