Foh Manager For Busy Daytime Restaurant
Job Description
Restaurant is open 364 days a year so must be able to work weekends & public holidays, off days as per roster
Must have at least 2 years of management experience to co-ordinate all restaurant operations - stock control,staff rostering, staff issues etc
People person with a passion for the restaurant industry who will be able to graciously handle customer concerns
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate
In-depth knowledge and experience of Pilot or similar POS software - cash up, days end, month end etc
Drivers licence and own reliable transport essential
Recent contactable references - landline numbers preferable
