Job Summary This extremely popular daytime restaurant, Coffee House, artisan bakery & bistro offers a vast selection of elegantly styled farm to table menu items. With busy counter sales or sit-down seating options, the cuisine is always fresh, home baked, truly organic and made from scratch. ProStaffSelect are in search of a talented and highly organized F&B / RESTAURANT MANAGER to oversee and manage daily operations, control service, coordinate staff and handle procurement. REQUIREMENTS: x Qualification in food service/Hospitality Management with a passion for FOOD & strong knowledge of farm cuisine x 4-6 years Restaurant Management experience in upmarket restaurants x Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, POS & Back of House Systems x Well presented, service focused, engaging personality, with the ability to deal with clientele x Ability to handle high-stress situations and work under pressure x Effective delegator / able to solve problems and find solutions x Shows attention to detail, must be self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills while juggling multiple responsibilities x Flexible and physically fit - able to work long hours on your feet, on weekends and holidays x Exceptional knowledge of Artisanal Cuisine, including Craft Coffee x Positive personality focused on motivating and managing the team x Strong leadership skills & ability to innovate x Excellent Management, Admin, Planning & Stock Control Skills
