REQUIREMENTS:

x Qualification in food service/Hospitality Management with a passion for FOOD & strong knowledge of farm cuisine

x 4-6 years Restaurant Management experience in upmarket restaurants
/p
p
x Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, POS & Back of House Systems
/p
p
x Well presented, service focused, engaging personality, with the ability to deal with clientele
/p
p
x Ability to handle high-stress situations and work under pressure
/p
p
x Effective delegator / able to solve problems and find solutions
/p
p
x Shows attention to detail, must be self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills while juggling multiple responsibilities
/p
p
x Flexible and physically fit - able to work long hours on your feet, on weekends and holidays
/p
p
x Exceptional knowledge of Artisanal Cuisine, including Craft Coffee

x Positive personality focused on motivating and managing the team
