Restaurant Manager For Busy Daytime Restaurant
Job Description
250 seater restaurant open 365 days a year - must be able to work weekends & public holidays, off days as per roster
Vibrant, fast paced environment - needs to be fit
Must have at least 3 years of management experience to co-ordinate all restaurant operations - stock control, staff rostering, staff issues etc
People person with a passion for the restaurant industry who will be able to graciously handle customer concerns
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Computer literate
In-depth knowledge and experience of Pilot or similar POS software - cash up, days end, month end etc
Drivers licence and own reliable transport essential
Recent contactable references -- landline numbers preferable
Permanent position to start immediately
Salary based on experience
