This extremely busy daytime restaurant, artisan bakery & deli in Green Point offers a vast selection of farm to table style menu items. With take-away, counter or sit-down seating options, the cuisine is home baked, farm-fresh and made from scratch.

ProStaffSelect are in search of a skilled and highly organized RESTAURANT MANAGER to handle daily operations, oversee service, coordinate staff and manage procurement.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Qualification in food service/Hospitality Management with a passion for FOOD & strong knowledge of farm cuisine
/p
p
- 4-6 years Restaurant Management experience in upmarket restaurants
/p
p
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, POS & Back of House Systems
/p
p
- Well presented, service focused, engaging personality, with the ability to deal with clientele
/p
p
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and work under pressure
/p
p
- Effective delegator / able to solve problems and find solutions
/p
p
- Shows attention to detail, must be self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills while juggling multiple responsibilities
/p
p
- Flexible and physically fit - able to work long hours on your feet, on weekends and holidays
/p
p
- Exceptional knowledge of Artisanal Cuisine, including Craft Coffee
/p
p
- Positive personality focused on motivating and managing the team
/p
p
- Strong leadership skills & ability to innovate

- Excellent Management, Admin, Planning & Stock Control Skills
