About this position
The Financial Advisor will be responsible for effective marketing of life assurance and funeral products via our Digital Channel (Contact Centre)
Job Outputs:
Selling of life assurance and funeral policies (Telesales) Conducting clients needs analysis Following up on leads Servicing new and existing members Quality control of new business
Qualifications and Experience
Matric FSCA recognised qualification on NQF level 4, as per FSCA legislative requirements RE5, as per FSCA legislative requirements 1 year proven Contact Centre sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Knowledge and Skills
Computer literate (MS Office) Customer centricity Attention to detail Negotiation skills Excellent communication skills Interpersonal skills Excellent telephone etiquette * Time management skills
