The Opportunity

As a Graduate Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will join our Debt Review onboarding environment.

You will be trained to:

Hold professional financial conversations Understand affordability and debt review fundamentals Communicate value clearly and ethically Convert interest into outcomes
This role gives you daily exposure to sales, client engagement, and financial decision-making, supported by coaching, structure, and clear performance benchmarks.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Speaking to consumers to support them in their financial wellness. Asking the right questions to understand financial circumstances Explaining the debt review process in a clear, compliant manner Working towards structured performance targets Capturing accurate client information on internal systems Actively participating in coaching, training, and feedback sessions

No previous call centre or sales experience is required -- attitude, ambition and work ethic matter more.
