About this position
The Financial Advisor will be responsible for effective marketing of life assurance and funeral products via our Digital Channel (Contact Centre)
Job Outputs:
- Selling of life assurance and funeral policies (Telesales)
- Conducting clients needs analysis
- Following up on leads
- Servicing new and existing members
- Quality control of new business
- Matric
- FSCA recognised qualification on NQF level 4, as per FSCA legislative requirements
- RE5, as per FSCA legislative requirements
- 1 year proven Contact Centre sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Customer centricity
- Attention to detail
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Time management skills
