Job Summary Duties:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a robust F&B sales strategy.
Pursue and close sales leads from high-value sources: corporates, event planners, embassies, HNIs, lifestyle brands.
Proactively grow the restaurant's customer base and event bookings through structured outreach.
Event Sales & Coordination:
Manage all private dining and event bookings, from inquiry to execution.
Collaborate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a detailed events calendar and maximize non-peak bookings.
Partnerships & Brand Collaborations:
Source and manage partnerships with lifestyle brands, art communities, and entertainment figures.
Work closely with the marketing team to launch collaborative events, seasonal activations, and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and update a CRM database of VIP clients and frequent guests.
Conduct post-event follow-ups and client check-ins to drive loyalty and re-engagement.
Personally oversee major events and client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Track sales and event performance weekly and monthly, providing clear reporting to the GM.
Analyse guest feedback and event data to recommend improvements and identify new revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, events, or business development roles within the F&B or hospitality sector.
A deep network within Lagos' lifestyle and corporate ecosystem is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing client relationships, sales pipelines, and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by events.
Results-driven and creative sales professional with proven success in F&B or hospitality sales. Confident building corporate relationships, organizing private events and collaborating across teams to create exceptional experiences for guests.
