Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international shipping and export operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Manage all export documentation, including customs forms, invoices, and shipping records.
• Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange and track shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse stock for efficient stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize transportation logistics and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and trade restrictions.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in exports and logistics coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and tools to track and manage shipments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges and minimize disruptions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
