Job Summary

Are you a logistics professional seeking a new opportunity? Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a position that pays R400K - R300K per year.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and delivery of goods from suppliers to customers. You will ensure timely delivery, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth supply chain process. Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain inventory levels with daily cycle counts and reconciliations
• Manage and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain process
• Develop and utilize metrics to measure and report on logistic performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders within the supply chain process
• Ensure that documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and bills of lading, are accurate and timely
• Prepare and present reports as needed to upper management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics and supply chain operations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop performance metrics in support of logistics processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain process.
