You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, cost control, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
In this leadership role, you will inspire and mentor your team, implement innovative food concepts, and work closely with management to align the culinary offering with the brand's luxury positioning. The role also requires managing supplier relationships, controlling budgets, monitoring stock and wastage, and ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
