Job Description


We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Centre Agent!
:
We are looking for customer-focused and results-orientated individuals, with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional service to customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Query Handling (Inbound/E-mail/Webchat/etc.)
  • Responding to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers
  • Liaising with internal/ external parties to resolve customer queries
  • Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information to customers

Requirements
  • Experience within the UK market for 12 months minimum
  • Previous experience in E-mail & Webchat support
  • A Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in English is an essential requirement
  • Neutral accent
  • Credit and Criminal Clear
  • Able to work rotational shifts
  • A minimum of 12 months client service experience in dual-focus capacity will be advantageous
  • Able to start immediately
