Job Description
The Cook will assist in preparing and presenting dishes to the restaurant's standards, supporting the kitchen team to ensure efficient and consistent service. This role is perfect for an energetic team player eager to learn and grow in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare menu items to specification and quality standards.
Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to hygiene protocols.
Support stock rotation and organization.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
Salary:
R5 000 - R6 000 per month1-2 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Basic culinary knowledge and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
Good communication skills and reliability.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
