Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Services Manager with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale content migration projects and leading content management teams. This is a remote role based in South Africa, where you will collaborate closely with global teams and stakeholders.


In this role, you will take charge of delivering content migration and management services for our clients. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing content-related activities while ensuring content management teams perform efficiently and meet service expectations. As the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders, you will focus on clear communication, high-quality deliverables, and ongoing service improvements.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage content management teams, ensuring workloads are effectively distributed, performance is monitored, and objectives are clearly defined Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for content migrations, including onboarding, workflow creation, KPI development, and reporting within a structured migration framework Serve as the escalation point to resolve issues raised by clients or internal teams Oversee service governance, covering resource planning, forecasting, delivery, and continuous optimization Provide regular updates on service performance through detailed reviews, analysis, and reporting Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and schedules

Requirements



At least 4 years of experience in content management, with a preference for working with multinational or multi-brand clients Proven ability to manage complex content migration initiatives, including platform transitions such as Sitecore to AEM or WordPress to Contentful Strong expertise in content migration frameworks, tools, and team roles Demonstrated success in managing and developing remote, cross-functional teams with a focus on leadership and motivation Experience in creating scalable workflows, process documentation, and performance tracking systems Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on driving continuous improvement Proficiency in tools such as Excel (advanced functions and pivot tables), PowerPoint (presentations and workshops), and Word (structured templates and documentation)
