Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Services Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale content migration initiatives and leading content management teams. This is a remote position based in South Africa, where you will work closely with global teams and stakeholders.


In this role, you will be responsible for delivering content migration and management solutions for our clients. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of content-related tasks while ensuring that content management teams operate effectively and meet performance standards. Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders, you will ensure seamless communication, exceptional outcomes, and ongoing service optimization.

Responsibilities



Manage and support content management teams, ensuring tasks are appropriately distributed, performance is tracked, and objectives are clearly communicated Design and implement strategies for content migrations, including onboarding processes, workflow development, KPI creation, and reporting within an established migration framework Act as the main escalation contact for resolving challenges raised by clients or internal teams Oversee the governance of services, encompassing resource planning, forecasting, delivery, and continuous improvement efforts Deliver regular performance updates through detailed reviews, analytics, and reports Drive process enhancements by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on project goals, priorities, and timelines

Requirements



A minimum of 4 years of experience in content management, preferably working with multinational or multi-brand clients Proven success in managing complex content migration projects, including transitions between platforms such as Sitecore to AEM or WordPress to Contentful In-depth knowledge of content migration frameworks, tools, and contributor roles Demonstrated ability to lead and develop remote, cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration and motivation Experience in designing scalable workflows, creating process documentation, and tracking performance metrics Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to driving continuous improvement Proficient in tools such as Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint (for workshops and presentations), and Word (structured templates and documentation)
