Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Content Services Manager with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale content migrations and leading content management teams. This is a remote role based in South Africa, where you will collaborate closely with global teams.


In this role, you will take ownership of delivering content migration and management services for our clients. You will plan, coordinate, and execute content-related activities while ensuring the effective performance of content management teams and services. Acting as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders, you will ensure seamless communication, high-quality deliverables, and continuous improvement of services.

Responsibilities



Manage and lead content management teams, ensuring tasks are distributed effectively, performance is monitored, and goals are clearly communicated Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of content migrations, including onboarding, defining workflows, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms within a migration framework Serve as the escalation contact for internal teams and clients, resolving concerns as they arise Oversee service governance from resource planning and forecasting through to delivery and optimization Provide regular insights into service performance through detailed reviews, reports, and analytics Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for smarter and more efficient processes Work closely with clients and project teams to align priorities, expectations, and timelines

Requirements



At least 4 years of experience in content management, ideally working with multinational or multi-brand clients Proven track record of executing complex content migrations, particularly transitioning content between platforms such as Sitecore to AEM or WordPress to Contentful Strong knowledge of content migration processes, tools, and contributor roles Experience managing and developing remote, cross-functional teams, with a focus on leadership and motivation Proficiency in creating scalable processes, trackers, and performance documentation Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced environments Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement Proficiency in tools such as Excel (formulas, pivots), PowerPoint (workshops, presentations), and Word (structured templates and documentation)
