National Debt Advisors (NDA) is recruiting Contact Centre Sales Agents to join our high-volume sales team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for individuals who are hungry to perform, competitive by nature, and motivated by results and rewards.
About the Role - Contact Centre Sales Agent
As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will engage with consumers who in regards to their financial wellbeing. Your role is to qualify clients, explain the debt review process, and convert interest into committed applications, while operating within a strictly NCR-regulated environment.
You will be supported by experienced Team Managers, structured training, and clear performance targets.
This is a sales-driven role for agents who enjoy pace, pressure, and performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to consumers who have enquired about debt review
Qualify consumers and conduct affordability discussions
Explain the debt review process clearly and confidently
Convert leads into successful applications
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain high quality and NCR-compliant sales conversations
Accurately capture client information on CRM systems
Work closely with Team Managers and Quality teams to improve performance
Requirements
Sales or call centre experience preferred (debt review or financial services advantageous)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident, professional telephone manner
Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn
Ability to handle objections and close effectively
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Computer literate (CRM systems, diallers, Microsoft Office)
